First day in Los Angeles, a bit tired obviously, we just had a lunch at Joan’s on Third (where I met 3 of my girlfriends on the same lunchtime. Meaning that it’s a place where you have to go at all costs !) in Melrose Place area.
After that we had a little shopping walk between designer’s store, Urban Outfitters and vintage stores, having the head in the clouds. You can’t tell but on the eve in the plane (probably because of the air-conditioning), I got a stiff-neck or something else, from another world !
I took my basket only for a few pictures (poor Matthieu picture him with its wicker basket haha). I couldn’t move my neck at all and every step made me understand that I had to stop walking. I got scared because I’ve never found myself completely blocked as I was and being aware of the prices of a consultation and healthcare in the US I prayed it would go away as quickly as it appeared. God heard me and even if at the time I’m typing these lines my back and my neck haven’t fully recovered (call that age !) I enjoyed every minute of my stay despite my bit broken body.
